Casita #21 is a charming self-contained 513 sq.ft. rental and Casita #19 is a larger 750 sq.ft. fully furnished rental; both offering off-street parking. Located in the heart of the Aldea de Santa Fe Village, the Plaza location is designed to provide retail services that are within walking distance of all homes in the Village. Aldea de Santa Fe consists of 345 acres superbly located in the high-value northwest corridor of Santa Fe County, bounded on the south by the six-lane Bypass (Highway 599), and on the north, by the highly successful, 4,700 acre golf-course development of Las Campanas. Policies:
Mature, quiet guests are preferred. We do everything we can to preserve a tranquil atmosphere in our Casitas. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children.
Smoking is not allowed in the Casitas. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in an additional charge of $250 plus one room night and applicable tax will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue.
Sorry, absolutely no pets.
Reservations must be canceled 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund for short term rentals. Be aware canceled reservations may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit depending on the details of the reservation.
