Procedures:
Please make advance reservations online or by telephone. You will receive a confirmation letter via email once your reservation has been confirmed. Please note the Procedures and Policies below, before committing to a reservation.
Maximum occupancy is 1-2 people in the Wild Sage Casitas (one queen size bed each unit). Minimum reservation of two (2) nights weekdays and four (4) nights weekends may apply. Some holiday or high-season periods may have a seven (7) night requirement. Minimum stay requirements may be reduced for reservations made within two weeks of arrival. Please contact us regarding availability, specific minimum stay requirements, and rates for exceptions to the requirements. Stays of less than the minimum number of nights (if available) are subject to higher rates.
Reservations are guaranteed by the guest's valid credit card paid in advance, online through PayPal. The total bill is payable at the time of your reservation booking, unless other arrangements have bee made, (one month in advance for holiday periods), via our Comet Studios online Paypal Account. You will be invoiced by email with instructions for online credit card payment, once the dates have been confirmed.
Check In-Out: Wild Sage Casitas is available for check-in by appointment after 1 pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, we can make special arrangements. As we do not have a 24-hour desk and we ask that, whenever possible, all check-ins occur before 8:00 pm. All arrivals need to provide flight information or other arrival details in order to confirm arrival time. Check out time is 12:00 noon, unless other arrangements have been made.
There is a 14.937% local and state tax, Paypal transaction fee in addition to the rental fee for the Wild Sage Casita
There is a $100.00 deposit for cleaning fee, which will be mailed to you after your departure, provided there is no damage or excess cleaning.
A refund, minus a $50 re-booking charge, for late cancellation or early checkout will be given only if the Wild Sage Casitas is re-booked for the rest of the stay. Refund checks are processed at the end of each month.
Policies:
Mature, quiet guests are preferred. We do everything we can to preserve a tranquil atmosphere in our Wild Sage Casita & Studio Apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children.
Smoking is not allowed in the Casitas. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in an additional charge of $250 plus one room night and applicable tax will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue.
No pets are allowed at this time.
Cancellation and Payment Policy:
Wild Sage Casitas maintain a strict cancellation policy.
A $50 re-booking fee will be charged for all cancellations made during the accepted cancellation period (see below).
After the acceptable period, patrons canceling reservations will be charged the full room rate plus tax for up to four nights depending on the length of the reservation.
During regular periods, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check in in order to receive a full refund.
During the holiday period of November 1 through January 2, we require 45 days prior notice of cancellation or penalties will apply.
Because of the uncertainty involved in bookings on short notice, patrons canceling reservations after the acceptable period will be charged the full Casita rate plus tax for up to four nights, depending on the length of the reservation. We will, however, credit patrons if we are able to re-let the Wild Sage Casitas for the original reservation period.
Please inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, cards via our Paypal account online only.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your reservation online. Please call us at 505.995.0075 to cancel your reservation or email us at info@WildSage.net.
